Both methods are clear requests to opt-in (e.g., “Yes, I agree to receive text messages from The Center for Orofacial Pain at the phone number listed above”).
     

  • OPT-OUT: If at any time you wish to stop receiving text messages, you may reply with “STOP” or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message, and we will immediately stop sending you further messages.
     

  • HELP: For assistance, reply HELP.

4. Data Security
