Dr. Jurash began her healthcare career as a Physical Therapist at Stanford University Hospital before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco. After nearly two decades in private practice dentistry, she developed a focused interest in TMJ disorders, headaches, facial pain, and sleep-related breathing disorders.

To provide a higher level of care for patients with complex pain conditions, she completed a Master's Degree in Orofacial Pain at the University of Southern California and earned board certification in both Orofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine. Today, she combines her backgrounds in physical therapy, dentistry, and specialty training to diagnose and treat patients with TMJ disorders, facial pain, headaches, and sleep apnea.

As an expert in Sleep Apnea, Dr. Jurash was invited to appear on the American Health Front television program. Watch the 2 minute segment to learn more.

Office Philosophy

At The Center for Orofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine, we believe that successful treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis and a clear understanding of the factors contributing to your symptoms. Many patients have seen multiple providers before arriving at our office, often without receiving clear answers.

Dr. Jurash takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care, combining advanced training in Orofacial Pain, Dental Sleep Medicine, Dentistry, and Physical Therapy to develop individualized treatment plans. Patient education is a central part of every visit, ensuring that patients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and the reasoning behind each recommendation.

We work closely with physicians, neurologists, ENT specialists, physical therapists, psychologists, orthodontists, and general dentists when appropriate, because complex conditions are often best managed through a team approach.
